Born in an 18th-century heritage chalet, The Centre has spanned generations as an iconic village landmark. Carefully renovated today, it blends authenticity and modernity to host a café, restaurant, events, accommodations, and gourmet experiences.
At the heart of the village, The Centre naturally blends into Champéry’s authentic atmosphere. Surrounded by majestic mountains and close to hiking trails, it offers privileged access to local life, encompassing Swiss traditions, preserved nature, and a warm welcome.
Leading the kitchens at The Centre since 2025, Antoine Gonnet brings an exceptional background to a seasonal cuisine accessible to everyone.
Trained at the two-star Le Chabichou in Courchevel, the chef earned a Michelin star and a 16/20 Gault&Millau rating at his previous restaurant in Champéry, followed by a 17/20 Gault&Millau rating at Pont de Brent with Amandine Pivault. His arrival in the village was highlighted by the specialized press in 2025, in a Gault&Millau article.
